At CM320 Denim, each piece is handmade and uniquely crafted. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
